Let's Make Real Estate Work Better.

Buying, selling, renovating, or investing? I help you see what's possible, understand the tradeoffs, and figure out what actually makes sense.

The Wright Timeline

A visual map of how Bethia has navigated real estate from the first purchase to the present.

2008

First Purchase

We bought at the market peak, but life shifts and a high mortgage led my husband and me to a tough short sale. We became hyper-cautious, renting and saving together for years until buying in 2013.

2017

House Hack

Following our 2013 purchase, we saw the benefits of rental income and house hacking, so we moved our family into a new home with a basement apartment.

2018

4plex Value Add

Invested in a 4plex, focusing on value-add renovations and strategic property management to increase long-term yield.

2019–2022

BRRRR Expansion

Expanded the portfolio with 14 properties and managed 17 doors, mastering the BRRRR strategy and asset scaling.

2021

Utah Live-in Flip

We moved our family of six into a 2-bedroom unit while renovating two others. By relocating the furnace to a storage space, we created a third bedroom. Living in one unit while updating kitchens and baths kept us functional.

2024

Forever Home

Acquired a 'Forever Home' and a MIL apartment, solidifying a long-term investment strategy focused on family needs.

2025

Marmalade Triplex

Finalized the Marmalade triplex investment, representing a culmination of years of analytical problem-solving.

Lessons From the Failures

Real estate isn't about finding the perfect house; it's about learning how to build a life that works. I've tried a lot of ways to make it work. Some worked beautifully. Some didn't. All of them taught me that the best solution isn't necessarily the biggest, newest, or most expensive. It's the one that works.

There isn't one right investment strategy. It depends on your goals, risk tolerance, and how long you're willing to wait.

I help you navigate the Salt Lake City market by aligning your unique risk tolerance with actual data. We skip the generic advice to build a realistic plan that turns your specific financial goals into a sustainable local portfolio.

Capital: How much can you actually put into the ground?

Time: Are you looking for a quick flip or a long-term hold?

Risk Tolerance: How much volatility can you handle?

Property Type: Is it a single-family, multifamily, or raw land?

Market Conditions: Is the market heating up or cooling down?
